1. Returns & Eligibility
Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on:

Used or opened lash products

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
